Return Exchange Policy
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- Love it or Return/Exchange it. Hassle-free returns or exchanges within 3 days from the date of delivery. We want every Stylester to be happy with their purchase.
- Refunds for Prepaid or COD return orders will be processed directly to customer's bank account. Shop with Confidence
- We provide free exchange for color and size (subject to availability). Each order is eligible for a one-time exchange only.
- If you want to exchange products, first you have to return that product. Upon return of the product, we will refund the full amount of the product to your Stylester wallet. This wallet balance you can use to buy a different color and size (subject to availability). Wallet balance can’t be withdrawn in the form of cash or transferred to any bank account.
- Claims regarding damaged, defective, missing, empty-box, or incorrect products please inform us within 1 day of receiving the products and must be supported with proper 360 degree parcel unboxing video proof recorded from the start of opening the package without any cuts or edits.
- We offer exchange/return for damaged or defective products after verification by our team.
- Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
- Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.
- Wallet Balance has a maximum expiry time of 5 months. Please ensure that you use the wallet amount before expiry after that it shall lapse.
- Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
- When our courier boy will be reached at your home for returns pickup, Kindly make a video of the courier boy in which the face of the courier boy and the permanent stickers on the products you are returning are clearly visible in courier boy hands.
SHIPPING POLICY:
- Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address.
- Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused, unwashed and in undamaged condition with all the original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount will be refunded.
- If the customer choose for exchanges, In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you will have to courier the product(s). We will reimburse self-shipping charges up to Rs.100.

- We cover shipping on forward orders and exchanges, shop with confidence. If the customer wishes to return a product and selects bank transfer as the refund method, the customer will be responsible for self-shipping the product at their own expense.
