RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

• 7 days Hassle-Free Returns and Exchanges. Returns made within 24 hours after delivery are eligible for a 100% full amount refund without any deduction. For returns initiated after 24 hours (up to 7 days), a ₹350 + GST per item deduction will apply to cover shipping, handling, and processing costs. Exchanges are always free.

• Full Amount will be Refunded directly to customer's bank account. Shop with Confidence

• We provide free exchange for color and size (subject to availability). Each order is eligible for a one-time exchange only.

• Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

• Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.

• Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition, washed, have clearly been worn or without original tags attached, a refund would not be provided.

• Wallet Balance has a maximum expiry time of 5 months. Please ensure that you use the wallet amount before expiry after that it shall lapse.

• Claims regarding damaged, defective, missing, empty-box, or incorrect products please inform us within 1 day after delivery and must be supported with proper 360 degree parcel unboxing video proof recorded from the start of opening the package without any cuts or edits. Claims reported after 1 day or without video proof will not be accepted. 

• When our courier boy will be reached at your home for returns pickup, Kindly make a video of the courier boy in which the face of the courier boy and the permanent stickers on the products you are returning are clearly visible in courier boy hands.

• Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused, unwashed and in undamaged condition with all the original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount will be refunded.
